Schier Real Estate GmbH is an owner-managed consultancy business based in Frankfurt am Main, serving national and international real estate owners, asset managers and developers. Focusing on independent lettings management and real estate marketing, we achieve satisfaction through value enhancement. Our network and real estate expertise make us an important strategic partner.
CV / Managing Director
Marcus Schier founded Schier Real Estate GmbH in January 2022. He qualified in Real Estate Management at the European Business School (EBS) and, as Head of Landlord Representation Germany at Colliers International for two and a half years, was responsible for Landlord Representation throughout Germany. Prior to that, for eight years he worked for JLL in Landlord Representation in the Mitte region. He also worked for almost nine years at Gross & Partner Grundstücksentwicklung, where he was responsible for lettings and marketing both the company's own projects and real estate and those of various investors.
Leasing management
Successful leasing management ensures that rental income is maintained and grows sustainably over the long term. Only satisfied tenants will still be tenants tomorrow. Bespoke strategies are needed to avoid vacancies or to reduce them by finding new and contented tenants.
The core of our work consists of cultivating a first-class network and providing proactive support to brokers and current and prospective tenants. We bring passion to our leasing management and we achieve success by maintaining a positive outlook.
